Please note that the last day of pick up for the heated and refrigerated protection service is December 21, 2020. Therefore, please do not ship any goods that require controlled temperatures and cannot be delivered until after the holiday season to avoid additional storage costs.
In the event that it is necessary to make movements in Québec or Ontario while our operations are shut down, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so we may properly assess our operational capacities. Additional minimum fees will be applicable and adjusted according to your request.
Please note there will be additional charges for any shipment requiring a second delivery because a consignee was closed at time of original delivery attempt.
