Of note: the last day of operations for heated and reefer protection service is December 21, 2021. Therefore, please do not ship any temperature controlled goods for delivery beyond the Holiday Season, thus avoiding being billed for unnecessary storage costs.
In the event you need us to conduct activities in Québec or Ontario on Dec. 24, 25, 26 or Jan. 1, 2, please advise us at least 48 hours prior so we can evaluate our operational resources. Additional minimum fees will apply and be adjusted according to requests.
Also, there will be additional fees for any shipment requiring a second delivery due to a customer being shut down at time of delivery.
Do not hesitate to reach out to your CSR or your local terminal to schedule a shipment.
