Brokerage Coordinator

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Optimize the performance and efficiency of brokerage operations in collaboration with colleagues.
• Validate the quality and compliance of our partners.
• Identify and develop relationships with potential business partners.
• Maintain close collaboration with internal and external customers to identify and respond to current needs.
• Meet customers' needs in terms of quantity, lead time and agreed rates.
• Liaise and collaborate with carriers.
• Provide work outside normal business hours occasionally and when necessary.
• Establish priorities and allocate tasks.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years' relevant experience in transportation, specialized transportation, brokerage experience an asset.
• Availability.
• Good knowledge of the transportation market.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent management and planning skills.
• Ability to make decisions and justify them.
• Communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office suite.
