Your responsibilities will be as follows:

The responsibilities of the Dock Coordinator are as follows:

Ensure the performance of individuals with a view to achieving objectives;
Provide regular feedback, suggestions, feedback for improvement and recognition and necessary training;
Ensure health and safety prevention within his team;
Maintain a healthy working environment;
Ensure the training for employees
Plan the day's work (2 shifts)
Receive and execute requests from terminals and other departments
Determine and justify his manpower requirements

Plans transport resources.
