Your responsibilities will be as follows:

The duties related to the OS&D Customer Service Agent position are:

  • Follow up on customer shipments at the claim level
  • Process and follow up on all customer requests
  • Produce and complete various types of documents and reports
  • Effectively resolve problems to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform all other related tasks

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• Minimum 3 years in customer service
• Knowledge of transportation
• Bilingual French English (oral and written)
• Passion for customer service
• Experience in the use of Windows applications
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Autonomy
