Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Track shipments of customers at the claim
• Treat all demands of our customers and ensure their follow
• Produce and perform different types of documents and reports
• Solve problems effectively to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
• Perform other related duties

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• Minimum 3 years in customer service
• Knowledge of transportation
• Bilingual French English (oral and written)
• Passion for customer service
• Experience in the use of Windows applications
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Autonomy
