distribution center coordinator

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Take care of ordering chemical products and various tools from suppliers;
• Follow-up with suppliers on parts/products orders;
• Coordinate parts/products orders (management of delays, cancellations, rush orders, special orders, quotations, etc.).
• Update product inventory in the system;
• Coordinate tooling calibration with suppliers;
• Audit warehousing locations and ordering processes for products;
• All other related tasks.

 

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• At least 3 years' experience in logistics;
• AEC in logistics or equivalent;
• Good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written);
• Organizational skills;
• Management of pressure and priorities;
• Good computer skills (Outlook, office suite, SAP, etc.).
