Reporting directly to the Director of Building and Project Management, the Building and Project Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the work done by employees is carried out to the highest standards. He/she must also ensure that employees and contractors work in complete safety.

Schedule: day shift, 40h/week

*Travel to different sites with paid mileage.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate and assign requests received from operations to his/her teams and/or contractors;
  • Ensure compliance of work carried out;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety rules among his/her teams;
  • Ensure compliance of procedures and documents;
  • Follow up with operations on project status;
  • Follow up on tasks in computer systems;
  • Coordinate purchases / components required to carry out requests;
  • Follow up on systems requiring annual certifications;

 

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

Profile required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in personnel management;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in building maintenance, renovation and construction
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Autonomy, initiative, resourcefulness and flexibility;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multi-site environment;
  • Leadership;
  • Functional English (spoken and written)
