The Global Compensation Advisor works closely with the Director, HRIS and Global Compensation. He supports and advises all managers on the monetary aspects of working conditions and benefits. He proposes and analyzes possible scenarios for improving existing conditions and processes.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Compensation
Ensure the pay equity exercise for the seven (7) distinct groups (provincial and federal) and keep all documentation up to date;
Formulate salary recommendations following promotions, hirings or salary revisions based on existing salary structure, market trends and forecasts;
Maintain compensation data in systems to ensure accuracy;
Inform and advise business partners and managers on compensation practices;
Carry out and follow up on various projects, studies and analyses (e.g. employment equity, government requests, calculation of various bonuses, etc.);
Collaborate in the annual salary review process for all administrative staff;
Participate in the management and analysis of annual total compensation surveys;
Monitor compensation trends and recommend improvements or new features.
Employee benefits
Perform administrative follow-up of group insurance billing;
Participate in the renewal and redesign of benefit plans, as required;
Coordinate annual enrolment in partnership with the insurer;
Collaborate in the development of educational content for managers and employees.
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, human resources management or other relevant field;
At least five (5) years' experience in compensation and benefits;
Excellent knowledge of Office suite software, advanced Excel;
Knowledge of UKG (asset);
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent command of oral and written French;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Excellent ability to communicate and interact with different clienteles;
Collaborative approach at all levels of the organization;
Ability to understand the impact of decisions on team members and all employees;
Initiative and ability to make independent decisions;
Ability to manage pressure effectively and prioritize tasks according to issues;
Ability to analyze complex data and formulate precise, relevant recommendations.
