Groupe Robert (Mississauga Terminal) is currently looking for Warehouse Customer Service Representative in the Administration Department.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
We currently have an opening for a Warehouse Customer Service Representative. The incumbent will carry out the duties as directed by immediate supervisor to ensure the company’s objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the management of all customer inquiries
Assist and over look the day-today tasks of the team
Manage customer accounts
Book appointments using C3 based on operational requirements and customer demands;
Manager C3 customer profiles (adding, removing and creating templates for regular shipments)
Order processing with both manual entry and EDI management
Arrange carriers for customer pick ups as well as create transportation pick up’s for Robert carrier
Consolidate and mange freight to systematically build truck loads for shipping
Manage daily workload to ensure schedule ship dates meet RDV date
Assist solve problems effectively to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
Investigate complaints, provide a valuable solution and update accounts
Liaison with operations to ensure work can be managed.
Produce and maintain various types of documentation and reports
Arrange/Track Courier shipments
Inventory validation inbound reception and communicate to the customer
OS&D complete investigation and resolution, reporting and closing all exceptions
Follow-up with OS&D, PODs; systems knowledge - Manhattan, Trip Sheet, GUI etc.
Perform other related task as required (labels etc.)
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:
3-5 years customer relations experience in a warehousing environment(asset)
Must have post secondary diploma
Computer proficient: MS Office(Excel & Outlook);
knowledge of operational systems such as WMS asset
Focused on achieving results
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organization, planning and leadership skills
Evaluate requests/concerns from our customers and ensure their follow-up and execution
Ensure that all emails are responded to in timely manner and always by end of day
Ensure all orders are processed by cut off times
Knowledge of AIB or other food grade compliance's
